Today Marks The 47th Anniversary of Pleasure’s 5th Studio Album “Future Now” Originally Released on (January 1, 1979.
“Future Now” is the fifth album by Portland, Oregon-based R&B group Pleasure, released in 1979 on Fantasy Records.
The album peaked at number 13 on the Billboard Top Soul Albums chart and at number 67 on the The Billboard 200 chart.
The album released their the top-ten R&B hit "Glide". The song went to #55 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #10 on the Best Selling Soul Singles chart in 1979; it was their biggest hit.
