Today Marks The 38th Anniversary of Val Young’s 2nd Studio Album “Private Conversations” Originally Released on December 9, 1987.
“Private Conversations” is the second studio album by R&B funk singer Val Young released in 1987 on Amherst Records.
Two songs were released as singles, the album’s title track “Private Conversation” and Don't Make Me Wait.
“Private Conversations” reached #53 on the U.S. Billboard
“Don't Make Me Wait” was the second single from the album it failed to chart in the United States.
The album was produced by Rick James who also wrote three songs on the album., Val Young co-produced songs Stone City Band member Levi Ruffin Jr.
