Today Marks The 46th Anniversary of James Brown’s 49th Studio Album “People” Originally Released on March 1, 1980.

 

“People” is the 49th studio album by American soul, funk musician James Brown released in 1980 on Polydor Records.

 

Three songs were released as singles from the "Are We Really Dancing", “Regrets”, and Let The Funk Flow”.

 

"Are We Really Dancing" failed to chart on the U.S. Billboard charts.

 

“Regrets” reached #63 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Soul Singles charts.

 

“Let The Funk Flow” failed to chart on the U.S. Billboard charts.
