“Meet the Stone City Band!: Out From the Shadow” is the fourth studio album by Buffalo New York funk band The Stone City Band, It was released in 1983 on Gordy Records.

The album reached #56 on the U.S. Billboard Top R&B Albums chart.

Two songs were released as singles from the album “Bad Lady” and “Ladies Choice”

“Bad Lady” reached #76 on the U.S. Billboard R&B Singles chart.

“Ladies Choice” reached #53 on the U.S. Billboard R&B Singles chart.

The album was mixed and produced by Rick James. Song arrangements were performed by The Stone City Band.
