Today Marks The 42nd Anniversary of One Way’s 5th Studio Album “Shine on Me” Originally Released on June 24, 1983.
“Shine on Me” is the fifth studio album by by the R&B Funk band One Way released in 1983 on MCA Records.
The album reached #27 on the U.S. Billboard Top R&B Albums chart and at #164 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart.
Two singles were released from the album the title track "Shine on Me" and "Let's Get Together".
"Shine on Me" reached #24 on the U.S. Billboard US R&B Singles chart and at #42 on the US Dance Songs chart.
"Let's Get Together" reached #44 on the U.S. Billboard US R&B Singles chart.
