Today Marks The 31st Anniversary of Atlantic Starr’s 10th Studio Album “Time” Originally Released on May 1, 1994.
“Time” is the tenth studio album by White Plains, New York R&B band Atlantic Starr released in 1994 on Arista Records.
The album reached #80 on the U.S. Billboard Top R&B Albums charts.
Two songs were released as singles from the album, "I'll Remember You" and
"I'll Remember You" reached #58 on the U.S. Billboard Hot R&B Singles charts and at #55 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart.
"Everybody's Got Summer" failed to chart in the United States. But reached #36 on the UK singles chart.
The album features new female vocalist Crystal Blake a studio vocalist for Stevie Wonder who had also sung the female lead parts on the minor hit title track for Eddie Murphy's How Could It Be album and Young MC's "Bust a Move."
The album was first and final album released on Arista Records. The band wouldn't resurface until 1988 on a new record label called Soundasia EX a Japanese records
