Today Marks The 46th Anniversary of Graham Central Station’s 6th Studio Album “My Radio Sure Sounds Good to Me” Originally Released in May 5,1978.
“My Radio Sure Sounds Good” is the sixth studio album to Me by Larry Graham & Graham Central Station released in 1978 on Warner Bros. Records.
The album peaked at #18 on the U.S. Billboard Top Soul Albums chart and at #105 on the U.S. Billboard Pop Albums chart.
Two songs were released as singles from the album "Is It Love?" and the album’s title track "My Radio Sure Sounds Good To Me".
"Is It Love?" reached #65 on the U.S. Billboard Hot R&B Singles chart.
"My Radio Sure Sounds Good To Me" peaked at #18 on the U.S. Billboard Hot R&B Singles chart.
The album marked the first time that Graham called his band Larry Graham & Graham Central Station (as opposed to simply Graham Central Station).
